Sanctum Sanctorum & The Chamber of Relics

The Sanctum Sanctorum is the the residence and headquarters of Doctor Strange. These images show the Sanctum Sanctorum, the most important space of the building. The iconic round window with the Seal of Vishanti is in one end of the space, and the reverse view shows the Chambers of Relics, where Doctor Strange keeps a huge collection of magic and ancestral items.
This design took me a long time to design with multiple iterations and sketches. The decoration and the stile of the architecture is mixed and takes inspiration from many different sources. Combine so many different languages in architecture is usually a challenging process but the lack of a very distinctive style was needed to support the idea of a mysterious and cryptic place.
