These are the first illustrations for the Threshers, deadly machines used in the Wakanda battle in the first part of "Avengers - Infinity War".
It was a very quick design process, as the idea for these vehicles are very simple: The Threshers are huge heavy wheels that destroys the terrain and enemies as a circular spinning big saw. It is a bit like the big digging wheels used in mining. For these early designs I created a very simple 3D model that I could use as a base to make the illustrations.
In the design we decided that the Thresher could attach creating a huge deadly wall. The final design in the films is a slightly more complex and heavy war vehicle.
