Lindon evening banquet

This illustration is showing the banquet that the elves offer to Durin. It is based on the same idea than the other parts of Lindon. The intention was to include just a few architectural elements and let the forest be the main part of the set. The only manufactured elements are the hanging elven lamps, the tree trunks decorations, the iconic elven gazebo in the background and the long hanging tapestries.
I had the pleasure to work with set designers Shari Ratliff and Marina Stojanovic on the development of this set.

I had the pleasure to work for almost 2 years in the art department of 'The Rings of Power' with production designer Ramsey Avery. Five months of that time was onsite with an amazing art team in Auckland, New Zealand.
